Yealink phones (T4, T5, and W series) are widely used in business VoIP deployments. Access the phone's web interface by entering its IP address in a browser. Default credentials: admin / admin (change immediately after setup). Registering to a SIP server: web interface > Account > Account 1 > Register: enter Label (extension number), Display Name (user's name), Register Name (SIP username), User Name (extension), Password, SIP Server address, and port. Click Confirm and verify the phone shows 'Registered.' Common Yealink issues: phone not registering — verify credentials match the PBX exactly (case-sensitive). Phone rebooting frequently — check the provisioning server URL and ensure it's accessible. One-way audio — disable SIP ALG on the router, verify NAT settings on the PBX. No dial tone — the phone is registered but a call path issue exists (check inbound/outbound routes on PBX). For factory reset: hold the OK button for 10 seconds until the screen shows 'Resetting' — use this when taking a phone from another deployment.
