Yealink T54W: Conference Calls, Do Not Disturb, and Call Forwarding

A guide to the more advanced features on the Yealink T54W phone.
Setting Up a 3-Way Conference Call:
1. Call the first person as normal
2. During the call, press the Conference (Conf) softkey
3. Dial the second person's number
4. When they answer, press the Conference softkey again
5. All three parties are now connected in a conference call
To drop one party from the conference:
Press Manage, then select the party you want to drop and press Remove.
Do Not Disturb (DND):
DND sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail without ringing your phone.
To enable: Press the DND softkey on the home screen. A DND icon appears at the top of the screen.
To disable: Press DND again to turn it off.
Note: If you don't see a DND softkey on the home screen, press More to cycle through available softkeys.
Call Forwarding:
Always Forward — sends ALL calls to another number:
1. Press Menu > Features > Call Forward
2. Select Always Forward > Enabled
3. Enter the forward-to number (can be another extension, or an outside number)
4. Press Save
No Answer Forward — forwards calls if you don't pick up after a set number of rings:
1. Press Menu > Features > Call Forward
2. Select No Answer Forward > Enabled
3. Enter the forward-to number and number of rings before forwarding
4. Press Save
To cancel forwarding: Return to the same menu and set the forward type to Disabled.
Checking Missed Calls:
The phone screen shows a missed call indicator. Press History on the home screen to view call history — you can filter by Missed, Placed, or Received calls.
Redial:
Press the Redial softkey to call the last number dialed.
Call Return (call back the last caller):
Press History > Received > select the most recent call > Dial.
